The MINT Lighting Design process has been honed over 10 years to provide the most enjoyable and efficient approach to creating a great lighting design for your home.
Every step of the process is vital to developing the detail required to execute your lighting design.
Each stage builds on the last, and all projects start with a Stage One Consultation.
By following our design process, your lighting design develops alongside your architecture, interior design, and build.
STAGE ONE
This is when we set the framework for your lighting design. We will discuss all the elements of your interior design, architecture and lifestyle that will impact on your lighting requirements.
STAGE TWO
We develop our design concept into a schematic lighting design. We set up your lighting plan, prepare a working budget and present images to convey our lighting design for discussion.
STAGE THREE
The final step in preparing your lighting design is the preparation of the highly detailed plans and documentation your build team need to implement your design.
Streamlined Lighting Design
Our Streamlined design process is set up to provide maximum impact from minimal design intervention. This budget friendly design service puts you in control. We provide our ideas, advice and expertise, and produce a clear plan, specification and budget for your lighting design (excluding joinery detail and decorative lighting selections). You take control of your design from there, explore your own solutions and implement your design, your way.
This service is a fixed fee for fixed scope of works process ideally suited to experienced home builders and renovators.
