As MINT’s founder and leading designer, Adele Locke is internationally recognised for her skill and knowledge. An expert in her field, she regularly shares her craft at events, in-house training for other businesses and through our MINT Light School, established in 2019. She also mentors aspiring lighting professionals and is a regular guest lecturer for various colleges such as Collarts, Gordon TAFE, Billy Blue and RMIT.
