Sandringham Light Renovation

This beautiful 1930's home near the beach was suffering from gloomy rooms - especially the dark timber paneled lounge room, which even on the brightest day felt dull.

The lighting renovation was focussed on bringing better light, but we went a big step further, reducing the lighting energy load by over 640Watts! With more light. Very exciting result.

We renovated the lighting only in the entrance, lounge, study, dining area kitchen and master bedroom.  No paint, no new carpets, everything remained the same, and this home now has a new lease on life.

The wall lights in the lounge room were custom designed, and manufactured locally in Melbourne to match the existing timber walls and to replace aged white glass wall sconces.

Caulfield Renovation

This home renovation project was undertaken by a young professional couple with a keen eye for designer pieces.  Starting with an old 1970's semi-detached home, their exquisite interior design is brought to life with creative lighting to enhance their home, showcasing it's new beauty.  A combination of WOW factor and functional lighting makes each room feel special.
