CLARK PROJECT

layered LIGHT to enhance architecture and transform.

MULTI-LAYERED LIGHT IN THE OPEN LIVING SPACE CREATES A HUGE VARIETY OF MOODS AND FUNCTIONS, DEPENDING ON THE HOME OWNERS NEEDS ON ANY GIVEN DAY.

This home is an beautiful example of residential architectural design, and we were incredibly proud to be invited to contribute our lighting design expertise to this design.

A small home that packs a lot of punch with multiple living spaces which can be easily modified over time to permit this home owner to enjoy his forever home no matter what the future brings.

The many curved and textured walls in this home invited the use of grazing light to highlight the features. Where possible we integrated light into joinery to minimise visible light fittings through the home. The large double height lantern in the living room is another source of light for both levels of the home.

The Direct & Indirect light for the kitchen bench brings both function, and softening light to the space, and can actually illuminate through to the second floor when the lantern shutters are open.

Dramatic light in the hallways features artworks and sculptures and provides visual intrigue as you move through the home.
